Carways Logistics OÜ is an Estonian transport coordination company specializing in vehicle transportation across Europe.
We arrange transport for cars, motorcycles and other vehicles through a network of independent professional carriers. We do not own the trucks: our role is to find and coordinate a suitable carrier for your shipment.
Our goal is simple: clear communication, reliable coordination and a smooth process from booking to delivery.

Please read these terms together with your booking confirmation before paying the service fee.
Our role & independent carriers
Carways Logistics OÜ provides vehicle transport coordination and freight forwarding services. We arrange shipments through independent professional carriers. We do not own or operate the transport trucks. The assigned carrier performs the physical transportation.
Our responsibilities and the carrier’s responsibilities are described in your booking confirmation. These terms do not exclude any responsibility that applicable law places on Carways.
Booking & vehicle information
Please provide accurate pickup and delivery addresses, contact details, vehicle make and model, dimensions and condition. Tell us whether the vehicle runs, drives, steers and brakes, and disclose any modifications or special loading requirements.
Notify us promptly of changes. Any resulting changes to availability, scope or price will be discussed with you before additional work or costs are agreed.
Pickup & delivery times
Pickup and delivery dates are estimates unless specifically confirmed in writing. Carrier routing, traffic, weather, access restrictions and driving-time limits may affect the schedule.
The booking confirmation will set out any agreed carrier-search timeframe and any specifically confirmed timing commitments. We will communicate relevant changes as they become known.
Service fee & payments
Before payment, your booking confirmation will identify the Carways coordination fee, the transport charge or its agreed basis, applicable taxes, payment recipients and due dates. Carrier charges may be payable separately, as confirmed in your booking.
Please review the booking confirmation and these terms before paying the service fee. Additional services or charges require agreement; a quote request alone does not confirm a booking.
Vehicle condition & access
Disclose non-running condition, damage, low ground clearance, unusual dimensions, missing keys or any other issue affecting loading and transport. Arrange access and an authorised person for collection and delivery.
Inspect the vehicle with the carrier at pickup and delivery. Record its condition on the handover or transport document and keep photographs and a copy of the documents.
Carrier details & documents
After assignment, we provide the carrier details and relevant transport documentation as available. The carrier may contact the pickup and delivery parties directly to coordinate timing, access and handover.
Check the shipment information and tell us about any discrepancies. Keep your booking confirmation, payment records and transport documents.
Transport damage & claims
Record visible damage or discrepancies on the delivery document and notify the carrier and Carways promptly, with photographs and supporting documents. If damage is discovered later, report it as soon as possible.
Physical transport claims are addressed with the responsible carrier under the applicable contract and law. We can assist with coordination and forwarding information. Liability, claim deadlines and any cover depend on the actual shipment arrangements and applicable law; no blanket insurance guarantee is given. Nothing here removes statutory rights or Carways’ own legal responsibilities.
08 / Cancellation & refunds
Cancellation and Refund Policy
To cancel, email info.carways@gmail.com with your booking details. We will confirm the service status and explain any refund calculation.
- Before coordination starts
- Cancellation can qualify for a full refund of the Carways service fee, subject to the agreed booking terms and applicable law.
- After coordination has begun
- A refund may be reduced proportionately to reflect work already performed, where legally permitted. Any deduction will be explained.
- If no suitable carrier can be arranged
- If we cannot arrange a suitable carrier within the agreed timeframe, the service fee will generally be refunded unless you agree to an alternative.
- After the coordination service is completed
- Once the coordination service has been fully completed and a carrier arranged, the fee may be non-refundable only to the extent permitted by law. Carrier assignment alone does not override mandatory consumer rights.
Where a statutory withdrawal right applies, any request to start the service during that period and any consent or acknowledgement required for its loss must be obtained separately as required by law. Payment alone is not treated as a waiver.
Any separate carrier charges are governed by the disclosed transport arrangements and applicable law. This policy does not exclude mandatory cancellation, withdrawal or refund rights.
Your statutory rights remain protected. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
